An excellent, easy to make (see specific directions in photo at right) nutritious treat for your companion bird! In about 20 minutes you can make enough to last your bird(s) for up to several weeks (if frozen). We freeze the bean mix in ice cube trays, once frozen we place the "bean-cubes" in freezer-grade ziplocs. Thaw out by placing a cube in a cup with a small amount of purified water and warming in the microwave.
